Drivers Plus is seeking a dedicated and skilled Diesel Mechanic for a local Sod farm in Claremore, OK.The ideal candidate must have knowledge of:
diesel and gasoline engines,
air brakes
, AC, and hydraulic systems.
Repairing and maintaining truck tractors,
medium duty pick-ups, trailers, mowers, and other mechanical equipment.
Perform vehicle or equipment services.
Must have knowledge of the practices, methods, tools, and equipment of the diesel mechanic’s trade.
Work week M-F – hours and days of week will vary, some late evenings and OT possible required at times.Typical start time 6am. Pay $23.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE, pay days are every Friday.
Must have a valid license,
clean driving record.
Ability to use and care for tools and equipment.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds.
Any welding skill is a plus.
Skid steer and Bobcat is a plus.
Air brake certified is a plus.
