Now Hiring: Parts Associate – Agricultural Equipment Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $17+/hour (Negotiable based on experience after interview) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition Overview:People Source is hiring a Parts Associate to support a reputable agricultural equipment supplier. This role is ideal for someone reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in both clean and hands-on environments. You will assist with parts orders, inventory control, and help walk-in and phone customers with parts and equipment needs—primarily related to agricultural sprayers.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and by phone, offering friendly and professional support
Assist customers and internal staff in identifying and sourcing correct parts
Accurately process orders, returns, and financial transactions (credit card, check, cash)
Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory system
Receive, label, and stock incoming parts
Collaborate with service technicians and sales team to fulfill internal parts needs
Input and manage inventory using software systems
Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits
Stay current on products and new inventory
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
Prior experience in agricultural parts or equipment preferred
Familiarity with agricultural sprayers and systems is highly desirable
Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and manuals
Comfortable using inventory tracking and POS systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably work in a warehouse/shop environment
Reliable, punctual, and willing to engage in hands-on tasks
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse/shop setting with some outdoor exposure
Small, loyal team in an agricultural equipment supply company
Physical tasks and dynamic work responsibilities
