Now Hiring: Inventory Control Clerk – Hobby Lobby Warehouse Location: Oklahoma City Pay: $15/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Overtime Possible) Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition Overview: People Source is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to join the warehouse team supporting Hobby Lobby’s distribution operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring efficient organization of products within the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Accurate Inventory Tracking
Perform regular cycle counts and audits
Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records
Discrepancy Investigation
Identify and resolve mismatches between physical inventory and digital records
Report and document findings clearly
Warehouse Layout Knowledge
Understand warehouse zones and ensure proper product placement and storage
Support efforts to optimize inventory flow
Product Audits
Audit product conditions, verify counts, and report damages or missing items
Physical Requirements
Lift, move, and handle merchandise
Tasks may involve climbing ladders and working in a fast-paced environment
Timely and Accurate Counting
Ensure items are counted quickly and correctly, with attention to detail
Additional Duties
Assist in other warehouse functions as assigned
Technology Use
Experience with inventory management software is preferred
Requirements:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
Must pass a background check and drug screen
1–2 years of inventory or warehouse experience preferred
