Now Hiring: Fabric Cutters – Hobby Lobby E-Commerce Division Location: Oklahoma City Pay: $15/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm-12am (Overtime Possible) Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition Overview: People Source is hiring Fabric Cutters to support Hobby Lobby’s e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently cutting fabric based on customer orders, while ensuring quality, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:Operating Cutting Equipment
Safely and accurately operate fabric cutting tools and equipment
Complete daily production requirements in a timely manner
Following Procedures
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company cutting procedures
Maintain consistency and quality in every task
Inventory Management
Track, organize, and maintain fabric inventory in the designated area
Ensure availability of materials for scheduled production
Quality Control
Inspect cut materials for quality and order accuracy
Confirm measurements and patterns meet required specifications
Work Area Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cutting area at all times
Requirements:
Must have 1–2 years of fabric cutting experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable and punctual
Must pass a background check and drug screen
