Quality Control Inspection Technician (Level 1) Location: OKC Pay: $15-$16/hourly Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime: May be required (including evenings and weekends)Position Overview: People Source is hiring a Quality Control Inspection Tech (Level 1) to join a growing team at a manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. You’ll be responsible for inspecting and assembling starter and alternator components, ensuring each meets company quality and safety standards. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with opportunities for advancement.Key Duties & Responsibilities:General Responsibilities:
Maintain product integrity and traceability
Meet daily/weekly production goals
Ensure quality standards for both function and appearance
Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Inspection-Specific Tasks:
Use company software and inspection documents to verify components
Inspect and test parts during assembly
Reject any components that fail inspection criteria
Complete work within set timelines
Requirements:
18 years or older
Ability to read and speak English (or communicate via translator if available)
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Capable of repetitive work and consistent attendance
