Warehouse AssociateLocation: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Overtime as neededPeople Source OKC is hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing safety-sensitive manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.Job Responsibilities
Move parts, materials, and products throughout the facility
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders
Load and unload trucks while counting and inspecting materials
Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Identify inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
Issue materials to departments and deliver parts to work areas
Document material movement using ERP systems and company processes
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift experience required
3–5 years of related warehouse/inventory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Above-average computer skills; tablet experience a plus
Ability to work overtime when needed
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. throughout the shift
Work Environment
Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
Moderate noise levels; hearing protection program required
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, and communicate throughout the scheduled shift
