Supply Supervisor Location: Oklahoma City, OK Salary: $22/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMAbout the Role:People Source OKC is seeking a motivated and bilingual Supply Supervisor to oversee supply chain operations and quality assurance for modular home production. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work closely with teams and vendors to meet production goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Supply Chain Management
Oversee and coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials needed for modular home production.
Maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet production schedules.
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Conduct regular audits of supply levels and implement cost-saving initiatives.
2. Quality Assurance Supervision
Lead the implementation and monitoring of the company’s quality assurance program in alignment with company policies and Texas standards.
Work closely with the Operations Manager and Factory Foreman to conduct inspections, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with established protocols.
Provide regular updates to management regarding quality metrics and improvement opportunities.
Candidate Preferences:The ideal candidate will:
Be bilingual in English and Spanish, as most employees speak Spanish.
Be teachable, motivated, a problem solver, and a team player.
Preferably have some prior experience, though 10+ years is not necessary.
Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, though this is not a strict requirement.
