Job Description People Source OKC is hiring for a Sorter at a Recycling Center located in SW OKC. This position requires attention to detail, manual labor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days.Position Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Work Environment: Recycling center, non-climate-controlled conditions
PPE Provided: Gloves, safety vest, and safety glasses (steel-toed shoes required)
Essential Job Functions:
Sort recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, and metal
Remove contaminants from recycling lines to ensure materials meet quality standards
Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean workspace
Must be able to lift 45–50 lbs daily
Operate in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Requirements:
Background check required
Drug screen required (OMMA cards not accepted)
