Position: Retrofit Installer Technician Location: Southwest Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $17.21 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Shift: Full-Time, Day ShiftAre you looking to make a difference in your community while using your hands-on skills? A respected non-profit organization in SW OKC is seeking a Retrofit Installer Technician to join their team. This role focuses on improving energy efficiency for residents through retrofitting and weatherization services.Key Responsibilities:
Install energy efficiency and weatherization upgrades such as insulation, caulking, and weather stripping
Perform basic carpentry work to support retrofit installations
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow OSHA standards and all safety protocols
Keep detailed records of completed work and inventory used
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, weatherization, or retrofitting
OSHA 10 certification required
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-conscious
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
