People Source OKC is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. There is room for growth with this company, it is a temp to hire job after 90 days; located SW OKC. We are looking to bring someone on who is motivated and eager to grow.
· Monday-Friday· Temp to hire opportunity after 90 days.· 8:00am-5:00pm· $18/hourly
Essential Job Functions and Qualifications:

Processing payroll: Calculating and entering employee pay, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Preparing reports: Creating payroll reports, W-2s, and tax filings
Maintaining records: Keeping track of employee files, time cards, and other payroll information
Researching and staying current: Keeping up with payroll laws, regulations, and tax changes
Advising employees: Answering employee questions about paychecks, deductions, and other payroll-related issues
