People Source is Hiring – Parts Warranty AdministratorLocation: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Parts Warranty Administrator with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This position supports the parts warranty operations by verifying claims, tracking warranty activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities
Verify and validate incoming warranty requests.
Maintain an active log of warranty activity, including all correspondence with customers and manufacturers.
Manage collection and return of all manufacturer-required defective components.
Oversee inventory items used for warranty purposes and ensure proper stock replacement practices.
Monitor pending credits due from the manufacturer.
Administer billable warranty charges.
File warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Maintain ethical relationships between the end customer and the manufacturer.
Exhibit strong organizational and customer service skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC warranty experience preferred.
Computer skills required; HVAC parts background strongly preferred.
Industry experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, engineering, or construction is a plus.
Skills & AbilitiesLanguage Skills
Ability to read, comprehend, and write correspondence and instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform basic math, compute percentages, ratios, and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve problems, follow written/oral instructions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based, with occasional fieldwork.
Regular use of computer and telephone.
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, or crouch.
Must regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Requires normal vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
