Now Hiring: Order Pullers & Order Packers – 1st Shift Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $15/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (with overtime) Openings: 10 Positions Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition Overview:People Source is hiring Order Pullers and Order Packers for the 1st shift at the Hobby Lobby warehouse in OKC. These roles play a key part in accurately fulfilling online customer orders and ensuring shipments are packed to quality standards.Order Puller Responsibilities:
Accurately locate and retrieve products based on order details
Use a voice-automated headset system for order navigation
Verify item numbers and quantities for each order
Maintain productivity goals and workflow consistency
Follow all safety and inventory procedures
Order Packer Responsibilities:
Carefully and securely package items for shipment
Ensure each package meets presentation and quality expectations
Follow packing procedures to minimize damage during transit
Label orders correctly and prepare for outbound shipping
General Requirements (Both Roles):
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Open to overtime and weekend shifts as needed
Ability to follow instructions and retain task knowledge
1–2 years of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
