Pay: $20-$27/hourly 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Some days may require early start timesPosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an experienced MIG and Flux Core Welder to join a reputable company in Oklahoma City. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled welder who is looking to grow with a great team.Job Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural and fabrication projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding prints
  • Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of MIG and Flux Core welding experience
  • Ability to read and understand welding prints
  • Welding hood required
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
