Manual Machinist – Southwest OKC Manufacturing Company Location: Southwest Oklahoma City Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with 1-hour lunch) Pay: $24.00 per hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Potential for permanent placement after 90 days)Job Overview: People Source OKC is working with a respected manufacturing company in North Oklahoma City to find an experienced Manual Machinist. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated, dependable candidates seeking long-term growth with a well-established organization.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual machines to produce precise parts and components
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and accuracy
Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation
Inspect finished parts for conformity to specifications and tolerances
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of manual machining experience
Successful completion of a background check
Must pass a drug screen (OMMA cards are not accepted)
