Job OverviewPeople Source is hiring General Laborers for a steel manufacturing company in SW OKC. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety standards in a hands-on environment.Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow standard procedures and job safety rules
Meet quality expectations for all assigned tasks
Perform various manual labor tasks including lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods
Willingness to learn and operate grinders, cranes, forklifts, and plasma cutters
Work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
Communicate effectively with team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended hours
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Must wear steel-toed boots
Must pass drug screen and background check
Strong commitment to safety procedures
