ProSource People is Hiring – Manufacturing Machine OperatorLocation: (Location to be determined) Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Manufacturing Machine Operator to provide operational support and operate machinery used in the production of absorbent pads and other absorbent products. This position requires attention to detail, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce absorbent pads and related products
Monitor production processes and machine performance
Read and record temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other gauge readings
Document readings manually or through computer systems
Maintain production records accurately
Use basic math skills and calculators to perform production-related calculations
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining machine efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
RequirementsSkills & Experience
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to read gauges related to temperature, pressure, and flow rates
Clear and effective communication skills in English required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
Secondary education or technical training is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
Schedule & Breaks
Days: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
Two 15-minute breaks
Four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts
