People Source, We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Service Tech Electrician to join our team and provide expertise in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial & residential. The ideal candidate Must have a Texas Journeyman’s Electrician license with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician in Texas. Pay $34.00 - $40.00 Depending on Experience

 Qualifications: 

• Must have a Texas Journeyman’s license with a minimum of two years’ experience as a licensed Journeyman in Texas 
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with a demonstrated track record of successfully completing electrical projects in commercial settings.
• Must be fluent in the English language 
• Must meet service department “dress policy.
• Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required and night shifts. 
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify electrical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with team members, clients, and other trades people.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while meeting project deadlines.

• Efficient in layout and blueprints 
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local and national regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams to interpret blueprints for electrical layouts
• Perform wiring during new construction or renovation projects
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets high-quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites
