People Source is searching for Commercial Journeyman Electricians in Dallas, TX

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Journeyman Electricians to join our team. The successful candidate will work as group and individually to help build some of the best projects in DFW.

 Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical circuits using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Work with both low voltage and high voltage systems as required by project specifications.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document work performed, including any changes made to existing electrical systems.

Requirements:

• At least 4 - 10 years experience as Journeyman Electrician in commercial construction required
• Valid TDLR from the State of Texas
• Familiarity with electrical safety procedures and protocols is required.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

 Skills

• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to bend in conduit is critical.
• Experience working on construction sites or in a commercial/industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Understanding of high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Familiarity with commercial electrician and industrial electrician practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
