Job description People Source OKC is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to work in a Warehouse located in Norman, OK. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, generating sales leads, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for building relationships over the phone and through email. · Monday-Friday· Temp to hire opportunity after 90 days.· 7am-430pm.· $16.50/hourly. Qualifications:· Assist customers in person and on telephone· Enter customer orders into computer· Invoice Customer orders· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints· Check loaded trucks for accuracy· Receive incoming freight and stock product in appropriate location· Pull hardware orders and key locks for customersPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields· Although not required, Familiarity with Biztrack software would be extremely helpful· Ability to build rapport with clients· Deadline and detail-oriented· Computer experience Why do you want to work with People Source- OKC?• Weekly Pay• Direct Deposit• Medical Plan• Referral Bonuses #OKC1
