Position: Maintenance Technician Location: SE Oklahoma City (Precast Concrete Company) Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour (Higher DOE) Schedule: Early and long shifts; start time varies between 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM and shift ends around 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-HireJob Overview:People Source OKC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a reputable precast concrete company in SE OKC. The ideal candidate will be versatile, dependable, and experienced in both building and equipment maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires early availability and a willingness to work long shifts.Primary Duties:Building Maintenance:
Electrical repairs
Plumbing repairs
Welding and fabrication
Maintenance of air compressors and building equipment
Boiler inspections and maintenance
Shop Maintenance:
Engine overhauls
Transmission overhauls
Brake system repairs
Air and hydraulic systems
Skills Required:Building:
General facility maintenance
Electrical, plumbing, and welding skills
Boiler operation knowledge
Shop:
Ability to work on diesel and gasoline-powered equipment
Mechanical diagnostics and repair skills
Licenses/Certifications (Preferred but not all required):Building Maintenance:
Journeyman Electrician
Journeyman Plumber
Certified Welder
Licensed Boiler Operator
HVAC Technician License
Shop Maintenance:
Air Brake License
Certified Mechanic
Aerial Lift Certified Operator
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in heat/cold
Repetitive motions, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Must not be afraid of heights
