People Source OKC is Hiring – Hardware Warehouse AssociateLocation: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Hardware Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for pulling parts, filling orders, stocking inventory, and assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Job Responsibilities
Pull parts and hardware for customer and internal orders
Fill, package, and prepare orders for shipment
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties
Reliable, dependable, and committed to accuracy
Strong attendance and work ethic required
