Now Hiring: HVAC Mechanical Journeyman Location: Stillwater, OK Pay: $25 – $30+/hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Full-TimeIndustry: HVACTravel Requirements: MinimalPosition Overview:People Source is hiring an experienced HVAC Mechanical Journeyman to join a well-established team in Stillwater, OK. This role requires a licensed journeyman capable of installing HVAC systems in compliance with safety codes and project specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and able to work collaboratively or independently.Key Responsibilities:
Install residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine layout and installation details
Mentor and guide apprentices in accordance with company training protocols
Lay out, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork including square, rectangular, round, and spiral systems
Follow instructions from the Project Manager and meet project deadlines
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, crawling, kneeling, reaching)
Must work well independently and in team settings
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
