People Source OKC is Hiring – Senior Global Compensation, Benefits & HR AnalystLocation: Remote (Based in OKC, open to other locations) Pay: $120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Direct HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is seeking an experienced Senior Global Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Analyst to support high-level compensation strategy, workforce planning, and HR systems initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to build analytical and operational infrastructure for global compensation programs.The primary focus during the first 12–18 months will be redesigning and standardizing the annual compensation cycle, including merit planning, incentive bonus administration, and compensation governance. This position combines analytical modeling, program management, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the full annual compensation cycle including merit planning and bonus administration
Develop and maintain compensation planning timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
Support redesign and simplification of compensation programs and processes
Validate compensation and bonus eligibility across global business units
Build analytical models for merit allocation and bonus pool planning
Track compensation data, bonus accruals, and eligibility across departments
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership decision-making
Support workforce planning models, headcount tracking, and labor cost forecasting
Assist with HR budgeting and financial planning processes
Analyze benefits, healthcare, and insurance cost trends
Support benefits renewals and cost analysis reporting
Optimize HR systems including ADP and support HRIS roadmap development
Conduct global HR systems inventory and identify efficiency improvements
Support implementation and project management of HRIS initiatives
Build dashboards, reporting tools, and advanced Excel models
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR, Finance, Compensation, or related field
