Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, including assembly line operations, fabrication, and general warehouse duties. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Responsibilities:
Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse and manufacturing facility.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team-oriented environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
