Job Description

Position Title: Forklift Operator / Front-End Loader
Location: SE Oklahoma City – Recycling Center
Company: People Source OKCPosition Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 90 days)Schedule
  • Rotating shifts / flexible schedule
  • 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate
  • $16 per hour
Requirements
  • Steel-toed shoes
  • Background check
  • Drug screening (OMMA cards not accepted)
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders
Essential Job Functions
  • Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Operate front-end loader to move, load, and organize recyclable materials
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting 45–50 lbs daily
  • Load/unload materials from trucks and hoppers
  • Maintain equipment by performing basic inspections and reporting issues
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot, cold, dusty conditions)
  • Follow safety protocols and recycling center regulations
