Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial construction carpentry experience.
  • Experience installing temporary stairs, handrails, decking, and site safety structures preferred.
  • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and construction drawings.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
  • Ability to work safely in an active construction environment.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights when required.

 

Additional Information

Position Responsibilities

  • Install temporary stair systems throughout the construction project.
  • Build and install temporary handrails, guardrails, and fall protection systems.
  • Install temporary decking as required.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble metal framing components.
  • Maintain compliance with all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
