Mechanical Assembly – OKC Pay: $20 – $24/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (some overtime may be required) Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 90 days) Open Positions: 1People Source OKC is currently hiring for a Mechanical Assembler with hands-on experience building and repairing complex equipment. This role involves constructing, assembling, or rebuilding machines such as engines and other industrial equipment used in manufacturing environments.Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 3 years’ assembly experience (capital equipment or industrial — assembly line work alone is not applicable).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience constructing, assembling, or rebuilding machines.
Strong communication skills and ability to understand English.
Steel-toed boots and basic hand tools required.
Preferred:
Automotive repair or industrial maintenance background.
Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
Duties & Responsibilities (Summary):
Assemble and rebuild machines, engines, and industrial equipment.
Use hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure components.
Read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams.
Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and functionality.
Collaborate with team members and provide technical support when needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Must pass a background check.
Must pass a drug screen (OMMA card not accepted).
