Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Electrical Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic construction management team. The ideal candidate will oversee Electrical Project Execution from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases of construction are coordinated efficiently, safely, and within scope. This role is vital in facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders, managing schedules, and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. The Construction Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining project Timelines, budgets, and quality standards while fostering collaboration across teams. (Must have previous Electrical or Electrician Experience).
Duties:
Coordinate daily activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
Support the preparation and review of construction plans.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage contract documentation, change orders, and procurement processes with precision and transparency.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to facilitate document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and reporting.
Monitor project timelines closely through project scheduling techniques; identify potential delays early and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in contract administration by reviewing agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability.
Support safety initiatives by ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols on-site.

Proven experience with construction site management, including hands-on knowledge of construction processes around Electrical Installation Projects.
Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices related to contracts and site safety.
