CDL A Flatbed Driver / Equipment Operator (Local Routes)
Experienced Local Class A CDL Flatbed Driver & Heavy Equipment Operator – Phoenix, AZ Pay: $26–$30/hr DOE | Weekly Pay | Home Daily Experience required. People Source is hiring a Class A CDL Flatbed Truck Driver with a background in heavy equipment operation for local construction projects in the Phoenix area. This hands-on role is perfect for someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable on active construction sites. All routes are local, home every night. Position Details:
Pay: $26–$30/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, must be available to work occasional Saturdays
Hours: 6–12 hrs/day | Start times: 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Truck Driver Key Duties:
Operate Class A flatbed truck for local heavy haul
Load, transport, and unload equipment/materials
Operate various heavy equipment: Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer, Backhoe, Paver, Dozer, etc.
Assist on-site as needed
Maintain logs and communicate with dispatch/supervisors
Driver Requirements:
1+ year recent heavy haul experience
Manual transmission experience
Valid Class A CDL + current DOT Medical Card
Clean MVR
Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
