PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING We are looking for a Class A Tractor Trailer Roll-Off Container Driver. In this role, you will use an open-top metal container truck to haul metal. You will primarily be picking up & dropping off containers from customers sites. You should feel comfortable hooking and unhooking the containers on your truck.Our ideal applicant has 2 years of Tractor Trailer Class A Roll Off Container Experience & is comfortable using a radio to communicate with dispatch. THIS IS A TRACTOR TRAILER CONTAINER ROLL OFF POSITION 48' - 53' FT IN LENGTHTHIS POSITION DOES NOT TRAIN. Job Details:
Monday - Friday Start time 6am - Until finished
$25.00 Hour
Will be running a route from Fort Worth to Temple daily
Must have 2yrs experience with Tractor Trailer Roll-Off containers (NO EXCEPTION)
Ensure safe operation of a truck, while driving, loading, and loading
Drive to customer location for pickup / delivery of container & position truck safely to ensure a safe lift
Hoist container onto truck using hydraulic lift
Dump contents at designated recycling facility
Operate trucks that have hydraulic lifts to raise the container’s gate, allowing it to be accessed from the top
Must have Clean Background
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of (2) two years Class A Roll off Container driving experience!
Must be 21 years old and possess a valid Class A commercial drivers’ license
Valid DOT Medical Card
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual is a plus
Must understand the laws, rules, and regulations governing driving motor vehicles
Able to safely operate any commercial motor vehicle
Able to stay calm and function in a stressful, unexpected, or emergency situation
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Must pass pre-employment background screening
