Department Supervisor – Warehouse Location: Oklahoma City, OK Salary: $25/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 90 days)About the Role:People Source OKC is seeking a Department Supervisor with 2 to 4 years of warehouse supervisory experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to grow with a reputable company in Oklahoma City.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Train employees, assign and direct work, and monitor performance.
Handle performance appraisals, employee rewards, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Address complaints and resolve workplace issues in alignment with company policies and laws.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in a warehouse and production supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
