Position OverviewWe are hiring dependable candidates for Customer Service and Backup Reception positions. These roles are based in a professional corporate office environment and require strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Customer Service Responsibilities· Assist customers and provide professional service · Answer questions and provide accurate information · Handle phone calls and general customer inquiries · Maintain a professional and friendly attitude · Complete basic office and administrative tasks · Follow company procedures and maintain accurate informationBackup Reception Responsibilities· Greet and assist visitors professionally · Answer and direct incoming phone calls · Provide backup coverage for the front desk as needed · Assist with basic administrative and office duties · Maintain an organized and professional reception area · Communicate effectively with staff and visitorsRequirements· Strong customer service and communication skills · Professional and friendly demeanor · Dependable attendance and punctuality · Comfortable using computers and basic office systems · Ability to multitask and stay organized · Previous customer service, receptionist, or office experience is a plusImportant Notice – Safety Sensitive PositionThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive in accordance with Oklahoma law (O.S. § 63-427.8).
