In this hybrid role, you'll primarily provide customer support and administrative assistance, while also stepping in as a backup warehouse worker as needed. Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory updates.

Serve as a backup warehouse associate to assist with packing, sorting, or light shipping tasks when needed.

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Dependable and flexible, with a team-first attitude.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to lift light packages and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.
