People Source OKC is Hiring – CustodianLocation: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $15.27/hour (pay increase after 6 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring 5 experienced Custodians to help maintain clean, healthy, and safe facilities. The Custodian is responsible for the care, cleanliness, and upkeep of assigned worksites and plays an important role in supporting the organization's mission through exceptional service and integrity.Job Responsibilities
Perform daily sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, and wet mopping
Clean walls, windows, fixtures, and common areas
Operate custodial equipment including buffers and vacuums
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout assigned facilities
Follow cleaning schedules and facility maintenance procedures
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, visitors, and clients
Work effectively with team members and facility personnel
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of custodial experience required
Knowledge of and experience using buffers, vacuums, and custodial equipment
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
Ability to work with diverse cultures and maintain professionalism
Honest, dependable, and consistent work ethic
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must be able to pass a national background check
Must be able to pass an O.S.B.I. fingerprint background check
Additional Information
People Source will coordinate the fingerprint-based background screening process
Pay increase available after 6 months of employment
