Now Hiring: Skilled Construction Laborer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition Overview:People Source is hiring a Skilled Laborer for a local construction company. This role requires hands-on experience in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and forming. The ideal candidate is dependable, has their own tools, and is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, professional construction crew.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general construction tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, and forming
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when needed
  • Ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Experience in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and concrete forming
  • Must have your own tools
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
