People Source OKC is Hiring – Concrete CarpentersLocation: Oklahoma City Metro – Local Jobsites Pay: $21.00–$24.00/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, Morning Shift – Finish (overtime available) Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring Concrete Carpenters/Finishers for a local concrete company with jobsites throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of concrete finishing or concrete carpentry experience who are dependable, ready to work, and interested in a long-term opportunity.These are local OKC-area jobsites with no out-of-town travel required. Qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as the next day.Job Responsibilities
Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces
Assist with setting, pouring, and finishing concrete according to project specifications
Use hand and power tools to complete concrete finishing work
Assist with forming and preparing areas for concrete pours as needed
Work alongside concrete crews to complete projects safely and efficiently
Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of concrete finishing experience required
Must have your own concrete finishing tools
Must have your own reliable transportation to and from jobsites throughout the OKC metro
Must be dependable and consistently report to work on time
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Additional Information
$21.00–$24.00/hour based on previous experience

Candidates must provide their own tools and transportation
