People Source is searching for Commercial Apprentice Electricians in Dallas, TX.We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Apprentice Electricians to join our team. The successful candidate will work as group and individually to help build some of the best projects in DFW. At People Source were working in Data Centers, Hospitals, Colleges, and Commercial Buildings around DFW. **Responsibilities:**
Assist experienced electricians in the installation of wire baskets, fixtures, in the ceiling of new construction commercial space utilizing a man lift.
Operate power tools and hand tools to complete electrical tasks safely and efficiently.
Work on construction sites to ensure electrical systems are installed correctly and safely.
Read blueprints and diagrams to understand electrical system layouts and specifications.
Collaborate with commercial electricians and industrial electricians to gain a deeper systems and best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience:
At least 4 year’s experience as TDLR Apprentice in commercial construction required.
Familiarity with electrical safety procedures and protocols is required.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly and effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skills:
Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
Ability to bend in conduit is critical.
Experience working on construction sites or in a commercial/industrial setting.
Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
Understanding of high and low voltage electrical systems.
Familiarity with commercial electrician and industrial electrician practices.
