As they expand nationally, they are building a strong network of elite Independent Contractor Advisors, and this Recruiter will play a key role in driving that growth.Position SummaryThis role is ideal for a Recruiter who excels at identifying, vetting, and activating candidates who thrive in entrepreneurial, commission-only, independent contractor environments. This is ecosystem recruiting, not traditional corporate recruiting. You will work strategically to target and attract mission-driven, consultative professionals.Candidates with backgrounds in senior living sales, medical sales, social work, home health, hospice, pharma, case management, care navigation, or real estate tend to perform exceptionally well in this space.Your work directly contributes to the company’s national scaling, market share expansion, and ability to serve families nationwide.Key Responsibilities
Develop creative sourcing strategies focused on high-empathy, consultative professionals.
Evaluate talent for entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and alignment with 100% commission environments.
Build and maintain structured talent pipelines aligned with expansion markets.
Craft and refine recruiting playbooks, messaging, and market strategy with leadership.
Provide a smooth, transparent candidate experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Proven success hiring for commission-based or performance-driven roles.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Experience sourcing professionals in advisory, consultative, or care-related fields preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong pipeline-management discipline.
