This role is essential in helping us identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, utilize modern recruiting tools, and engage candidates through proactive outreach and strong relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
Utilize recruiting platforms and ATS systems (e.g., Avionte, Indeed, CRM) to source, track, and manage candidates.
Conduct lead generation and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage social media accounts to promote job openings and enhance company branding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain strong candidate relationships by providing timely updates and feedback.
Support succession planning by identifying high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficient in recruiting software such as Avionte, Indeed, and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience managing social media for recruiting or employer branding is a plus.
