Shift: Full-time | Schedule details provided during interview
Location: Oklahoma CityJob Summary:
People Source is hiring a Plater to process parts through the plating process efficiently, safely, and accurately. This role requires proper chemical handling, adherence to safety protocols, and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.Duties & Responsibilities:General Tasks:
  • Control scrap and reclaimed parts
  • Maintain lot integrity and production control
  • Meet daily/weekly goals and production schedules
  • Ensure parts meet quality and appearance standards
  • Communicate effectively within the department
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures
Plating-Specific Tasks:
  • Process parts through the chemical plating process
  • Assist Supervisor with daily tasks
  • Support Small Parts department as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must meet minimum attendance standards
  • Experience with chemical handling and plating required
