People Source Staffing We are seeking skilled and experienced Certified Commercial HVAC Service Technicians throughout the DFW Metroplex. Join our team and provide your expertise with (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC services to our clients. Pay is based on Experience: Must Have 5+ yrs of experienceResponsibilities:
Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
Must Have 5 or more years as a Commercial HVAC Service Tech
Perform preventative maintenance work on HVAC equipment; change filters, belts, clean coils and lubricate, as necessary.
Technicians will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairs of split system units, RTU’s, VRF Mini-Split systems and single Mini-Split systems
Experience Troubleshoot (DX Cooling split systems and rooftops)
Experience with Refrigerant Piping
Experience with Lennox, Carrier and Aaon units
Basic knowledge of controls and line voltage electrical systems within equipment
Technician will be required to complete all required company documentation for start-ups, warranty claims, Extra Work Authorizations, etc
Install electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.
Operate a variety of hand & power tools, torch, vacuum pumps and electrical test equipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid TDLR HVAC Refrigerant certification
EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants.
Verifiable experience with Multiple A/C Units.
Pass a 7-year Background check
Must have fundamental understanding of controls and line voltage electrical systems within equipment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation & Clean Driving Record
Strong understanding of HVAC principles, including refrigeration cycles, air distribution, and thermal control.
Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment and systems, including split systems, packaged units, heat pumps, and more.
