Job Description

CNC Machinist – OKC (Mon–Thu Shift)Pay: $22 – $28/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (some Fridays may be required)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 90 days)People Source OKC is currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, programming FANUC or HAAS controls, and producing high-quality machined components.Qualifications Required:
  1. Minimum of 3 years’ CNC milling and/or lathe experience.
  2. Experience programming and operating FANUC or HAAS controls.
  3. Ability to set up machines independently (not an operator-only role).
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to understand English.
Preferred:
  • Live lathe experience.
Duties & Responsibilities (Summary):
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must pass a drug screen (OMMA card not accepted).
