Brick PackerLocation: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: $17/hourly (Opportunity to earn $21-$24/hourly based on piece rate after 3-4 weeks)
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Some Saturdays, 5:00 AM - 10:30 AM
    Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity (After 90 days)
About the Role:People Source OKC is hiring Brick Packers for a physically demanding position in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Associates will manually pick up and pack 6-7 bricks at a time, requiring strength, endurance, and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manually lift and pack bricks weighing 30-50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Maintain consistent pace to meet production goals and earn piece-rate bonuses.
  • Work in a hot, dirty, and non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
  • Physical Ability: Must lift 30-50 lbs. repetitively in hot and dirty conditions.
  • Dependable: Reliable attendance and willingness to work some Saturdays as needed.
  • Background Check: Felony-friendly opportunity (background check required).
  • Drug Screen: Required (OMMA card not accepted).
  • Weather-Dependent Work Environment: Must be able to work in varying outdoor conditions.
Compensation Highlights:
  • Start at $17/hourly with the opportunity to qualify for $21-$24/hourly after 3-4 weeks based on the number of bricks packed daily (piece rate).
