Position: Batch Operator Location: SE Oklahoma City (Precast Concrete Company) Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour (Higher DOE) Schedule: Start time varies between 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM; shift ends around 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-HireJob Description: People Source OKC is hiring a Batch Operator for a precast company in SE OKC. This role requires flexibility with early morning and long shifts, and hands-on experience with operating batching systems and heavy equipment. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and experienced or willing to be trained in batch plant operations.Primary Duties:
Operate both structural and architectural batch plants
Create mixed designs as needed
Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials (rock, sand, cement, chemicals)
Operate tuckerbilts, water truck, and front-end loader
Clean and maintain the batch plant area and settling tanks
Maintain product quality with less than 5% rejection rate
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Equipment operation and batch plant operations experience
Understanding of rock, sand, chemical, and cement types
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
Licenses/Certifications Required:
Forklift Certified
Front-End Loader Certified
Tuckerbilt Certified
Working Conditions:
Exposure to chemicals, outdoor elements, noise, and a dusty/dirty environment
Must be able to work a variety of shifts and start early
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required
