Train employees, assign and direct work, and monitor performance.
Handle performance appraisals, employee rewards, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Address complaints and resolve workplace issues in alignment with company policies and laws.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in a warehouse and production supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
