Duties
Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes such as the National Electrical Code (NEC). Support the setup and operation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, including wiring and conduit installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical tasks. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, bending, and securing wiring and components. Conduct basic testing using tools like the ohmmeter to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot issues. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
