People Source OKC is hiring an Entry Level Adhesive Sprayer for a manufacturing warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for applying adhesives to various surfaces and materials, ensuring proper coverage and quality. You will work in a manufacturing or production environment, assisting with product assembly and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
· Monday-Friday· Temp to hire opportunity after 90 days.· 6am-330pm.· $16/hourly and up.
Duties and Responsibilities:· Mix glue and hardener together in spray container. Heat and circulate glue to ensure proper mix and coverage.· Clean panels with air to remove all dust and contaminants from material· Inspect parts and compare to the drawing specifications to check for non-conformities and defects BEFORE applying glue· Spray glue to cover openings and on edges and all surfaces of the panel.· Place on rack to dry. Once dry, use a lint roller to clean any contamination of dust off of the dried panels.· Arrange parts on appropriate pedestal on machine ensuring proper grain direction when placing panels on machine. Refer to part drawing for information.At end of day, clean sprayer lines by filling up spray bucket with water, pressuring it up and spraying excess glue into waste bucket
Essential Job Functions:• Must be able to lift 25lbs - 50lbs daily.• Position is non climate controlled & weather dependent.• Background Check Required• Drug Screen Required- OMMA Card NOT accepted
