Position: 2nd Shift Floater Location: Britton Rd & NE 38th Terrace – Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $17.60/hour (includes 10% shift differential) Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Industry: Cabinetry ManufacturingJob Summary:People Source OKC is hiring a 2nd Shift Floater for a cabinetry company with locations at Britton Rd and NE 38th Terrace in Oklahoma City. This position involves floating between the two sites based on weekly needs. One of the primary responsibilities will include adhesive spraying in the spray booth at the NE 38th Terrace location. PPE will be provided, and full training is available, but experience with a paint sprayer is a plus.Key Responsibilities:
Float between Britton Rd and NE 38th Terrace locations as assigned
Perform adhesive spraying in the spray booth (training provided)
Assist with general production and cabinetry tasks
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:
Must be able to work 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
Dependable transportation to commute between both sites
Willingness to learn; paint sprayer or shop experience preferred
