People Source OKC is seeking an experienced Production Lead with a strong background in construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, hands-on experience in construction, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.
· Monday-Friday· Temp to hire opportunity after 90 days.· 6:00am-2:30pm· $19-$24/hourly
Qualifications:· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.· Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans.· Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management is a plus.· Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions, lift heavy materials, and stand for extended periods.
Essential Job Functions:• Must be able to lift 25lbs - 50lbs daily.• Position is non climate controlled & weather dependent.• Background Check Required• Drug Screen Required- OMMA Card NOT accepted
