Plate Laser Operator – OKCPay: $22 – $25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours as scheduled) Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 90 days)People Source OKC is currently hiring experienced Plate Laser Operators to run CNC Amada plate lasers in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires machine setup, creating nesting programs, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring quality production.Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a plate laser.
Ability to set up the machine and create nesting programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to understand English.
Preferred Skills:
Experience running an Amada laser.
Forklift and overhead crane experience.
Duties & Responsibilities (Summary):
Operate CNC Amada plate laser safely and efficiently.
Set up machines and program nesting for production runs.
Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
Inspect parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate production records.
Assist with warehouse or material handling tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Must pass a background check.
Must pass a drug screen (OMMA card not accepted).
